Went to the gym again today, and spent at least 35 minutes on the treadmill, which should be good training for Student Cross. However, when my Mum tried to apply for a concession annual membership which costs £10, then £4 to get in, compared to £50, then £6.50 to get in there was a problem. They wouldn't accept my NUS card. Seriously. They argued that too many people had come in with fake NUS cards. So I showed them my library card. That wasn't enough apparently, because it didn't prove I was a full time student. Apparently I have to get a letter from my College tutor, which could prove difficult because I've never met them. I missed the meeting at the beginning of first year, fell out with my corridor, and subsequently didn't bother about meeting my tutor. My dad is quite happy because what he's been doing at work for the past week has been a success, so we went out to a Chinese to celebrate. We went to one that I hadn't been to before, and joy of joys it had an allyou can eat offer on.I am now very full. I think I can just about fit a Coffee in. Their lemon chicken was addictive.
