Dad's computer was being a nightmare because it refused to print in black and white and the colour ink cartridge was running out, which was a bit bad. My Mum's answer to this was to think about buying a new printer, however when I installed the drivers onto her computer, it started working properly. Just windows XP being a bit crap I guess...
